Look What Blew In With the Storm

Really big rats.  Lots of 'em.

Ten to fifteen inches of snow is due to fall over the next few days.  It's been spitting on and off.  Thanks to those who shared the brands of their favorite coats in the last post.  Keep adding comments if you haven't bragged about yours yet.  Hmmmm.  Maybe I can make a deerskin coat.

I love my Carhartt that Mr. Fry got me last year.

Um, yeah, BIG rats!

Ha ha ha...big rats! But, you are right! I hate it when they descend on our yard and clear out all of the ornamental stuff. We've seen a lot around us, but if they are coming in the yard, they are doing so at night. Hmmm, another argument for having a Great Pyrenees guard dog!
That's a lot of snow you are expecting. I hope it decides to go some other way... and not toward me, thank you!!

I got a Mountain Horse Winnipeg jacket for Christmas this year and I LOVE it. Butt flaps and pit zips, cozy and warm but still flattering... couldn't ask for a better winter riding jacket!

And I really half expected actual rats. Deer are just as bad though.

I see a years worth of meat out there... at least.

The pictures are great - icey frosty deer pictures.

Please push some of that snow to Ohio. We've none yet this year. Just rain, and ice.

Carhartt is always good but for a cheaper alternative, I have a Walls and my friend has a Dickies both of which keep us really warm and relatively dry when it rains.

That is very cool! I would love to see a herd of deer in my yard. Years ago, it was possible. Not so much now, with all the people moving into the area.

Great pictures!! I didn't comment on the jacket post because it just doesn't get that cold here so anything I suggested would probably suck lol. Good luck finding the perfect one!
